“NUMERICAL MODELING OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES THROUGH CLOUD PLATFORMS FOR HIGH COMPUTING”

Thanks to co-financing from the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, under the European Regional Development Fund por ERDF 2014-2020 Action 1.3.a., Cybertec is carrying out a joint project with the partner company Teorema Engineering entitled “Numerical modeling of production processes through cloud platforms for high computing”.

DESCRIPTION

Cybertec s.r.l., an expert in the development of specialist software for the programming of industrial production and in the development of innovative algorithms, and Teorema Engineering s.r.l., a leader in the field  of digital transformation, intend to undertake a joint research and development project aimed at the analysis, study and development of a prototype software solution capable of providing a virtual model of production processes in the metalworking field based on Monte Carlo simulations on virtual human-machine interfaces that are completely innovative in the reference sector.

OBJECTIVE

The financing of the FVG Region offers us the opportunity to grow, to hire people dedicated to Research and Development to innovate our solutions in the ICT field and to be able to respond to the challenges of the 4.0 industrial revolution towards which the market is moving. The development of High Computing platforms in the Cloud will allow us, thanks to their scalability, to process large amounts of data thanks to practically unlimited computing capabilities, which a user can access for a limited time and at low costs.

RESULTS

It is also thanks to this funding from the FVG Region that we will be able to address the most pressing innovation issues in the field of Industry 4.0 and provide an excellent service to our customers’ manufacturing companies that are innovating in the field of Industry 4.0.
