Paola Pillon – Production Manager of Athena Spa told us in a minute about the implementation project of the APS CyberPlan software.
Pillon, who directs the production flow of the Athena Spa company and mainly deals with production planning, or supply chain planning, told us about the benefits obtained by Athena Spa as a result of the implementation of CyberPlan.
Digital planning and online load analysis
Athena wanted to improve the production planning process and equip its planning department with advanced and digital tools that would allow digital planning, even remotely if necessary.
In a few months since the implementation of CyberPlan, Athena’s planning department has therefore obtained substantial improvements:
- Punctual, truthful and real-time data;
- Ability to analyse workloads;
- Ability to develop production proposals;
- Capacity to analyse the workload for individual machines;
- Precise and advance scheduling of staff shifts.
Workload planning was therefore a process that was carried out manually and whose data were processed with spreadsheets. Today, thanks to the work done and the APS tool of Cybertec, Athena Spa has timely, truthful and real-time data.
