Do you have a degree in engineering with a passion for the world of IT consulting and business processes or do you have a degree in mathematics and are interested in the development of new features and the field of algorithms?
We are looking for 8 graduate profiles in management engineering, mechanics, industry or mathematics interested in participating in a pre-employment training course for the figures of Junior Application Consultant and Junior Back-end Developer!
At the end of the course, organized in partnership with Umana S.p.A., the figures will be included in the company initially with a fixed-term administration contract of 6 months, aimed at hiring with a professional apprenticeship contract. The classification provides for a C2 level of the CCNL Metalmeccanica-Industria with an initial RAL of 28,000 euros. Benefits include corporate PC, €7 daily meal vouchers, rewards for achieving goals.
Other requirements: knowledge of programming languages, preferably C++ or similar, and good knowledge of English.
How will the course take place?
The course will start on October 25 and will be full-time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to6:00pm. It provides a total of 248 hours of training that will take place partly remotely and partly at the Padua headquarters for the modules on CyberPlan and for the final project. Residents outside the region will be provided with board and lodging.
What is the course about?
The training course has been designed ad hoc to allow rapid learning and encourage the inclusion of people prepared to face the business context. The training plan is based on three macro-areas: functional skills, CyberPlan product-related skills and skills/soft skills.
The various modules will allow you to delve into issues related to the optimization of production and the CyberPlan product, in particular:
- Business flows and processes, in particular sales, warehouse and inventory, production;
- Company systems and classifications, analysing the main software products available on the market;
- Supply Chain and APICS standards for the operational management of an industrial company;
- SQL server and technological platform, knowledge and skills to administer this type of database;
- Product Lifecylce Management processes and PLM management integrated into SAP;
- CyberPlan APS, integration of an APS system and CyberPlan RSP;
- Group project to consolidate and verify the acquisition of most skills.
What do the figures we are looking for deal with?
The consultant has a strategically important role within Cybertec and contributes to the process of analysis, customisation and implementation of Cybertec-Zucchetti products at client companies in Italy and abroad. The back-end developer works within the development team, which is dedicated daily to production planning algorithms to improve them and to the research and development of new methodologies.
Where will you work?
The application consultants will be assigned to the offices in Padua or Trieste, with the possibility of travelling in Italy and abroad. Back-end developers will work at the Trieste site.
