Within the Support team you will aim to provide technical support to a wide range of customers as they build mission-critical applications on the CyberPlan platform.

We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist with strong operational and technical capabilities to collaborate within a team of engineers, developers and consultants responsible for supporting a wide range of customers.

As a member of the Support team you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests. You will learn about a global park of companies that are leveraging a growing set of services and capabilities to guide them in using their mission-critical applications developed at Cybertec. You will work with world-leading companies and directly with Cybertec's teams of engineers, developers and consultants, collaborating on the development of these new features.

As a Technical Operations Specialist:

You will take care of all the activities related to the area of your competence, in direct sharing with the head of the Support team and with the people of the other teams with which you will collaborate.

The success of the Cybertec team will be customer focused and motivated by the success of all team members.

You will be innovative, responsible and able to adapt to situations and strategies that may change according to new circumstances.

You will also be committed, flexible in ensuring availability if necessary and demonstrate the ability to maintain high levels of service while maintaining quality support.

Hard skills

Diploma or degree in technical/computer science
Knowledge (at least) of programming languages and concepts of Computer Science
Strong analytical background, comfortable in situations of uncertainty
Focus on data and metrics, both qualitatively and quantitatively
Experience in direct customer support. Able to make connections to improve systems and their operational efficiency
Ability to explain complicated IT concepts in simple terms

Soft skills

Language properties (Italian, English) both written and verbal and proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
Commitment to quality and strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to troubleshoot even very complex systems
