Within the Development team you will have the objective of constantly improving the performance of our software product and the development lifecycle.
Would you like to work in our team of computer scientists, engineers and mathematicians to develop and improve our CyberPlan Web product?
In addition to working in the technical field, you will be responsible for the management and growth of the company area and the people dedicated to: web platform, UX, DevOps and tools for the distribution, management and control of CyberPlan Web installations and updates.
What to expect from this journey together
As a Cybertec Senior Web Developer:
You will take care of all the activities related to the area of your competence, taking charge of complex problems, achieving strategic objectives with the resources available, always in direct sharing with the head of the Development team and with the people of the other teams with which you will collaborate, also drawing up reports and analyses.
The success of the Development team will be focused on ensuring a high quality of the code to be released, on taking care of the aesthetic aspect of the user interfaces and on improving the user experience/usability of the product and motivated by the success of all team members.
You will be innovative, responsible and able to adapt to situations and strategies that may change according to new circumstances.
You will also be proactive, reliable and communicative in ensuring efficient and effective sharing with the CTO and people in other teams with whom you will work closely.

Hard skills
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
At least five years of experience in full-stack web development
Excellent knowledge of Node.js and SQL DBMS technologies
Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and HTML5 languages
Good knowledge of the English language
Ability to take care of the aesthetic aspect of UI interfaces and improve the user experience/usability of the product
Good knowledge of Data Science techniques - (Preferential)
Good understanding of the CSS3 language - (Preferential)
Good command of DevOps and Cloud technologies - (Preferential)
Soft skills
Ability to manage the assigned area of competence with the aim of completing the assigned tasks with the available resources
Ability to coordinate and grow a team of trusted people
Ability to organize own and team activities
Excellent teamwork skills
