60% of Northeast “tigers” plan production with CyberPlan

The ranking of the hundred companies in the Northeast that best exceeded the time interval between 2012 and 2016 highlights some interesting elements.

One hundred companies that are leading the market

The recession of the last five years has put numerous companies in difficulty, but some have overcome this period with results of clear and undoubted growth. This evidence comes from the analysis of the financial statements filed between 2012 and 2016 by companies operating in Veneto (in the provinces of Belluno, Padua, Treviso, Venice, Verona and Vicenza) and Friuli (in the provinces of Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine). Of these companies, economic parameters such as EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation) and income were taken into account, in order to verify the performance achieved in the period.

The characteristics of companies at the top

The analysis highlighted some common traits among these companies; in fact, it was seen how the choices were rewarded in terms of strong international projection and specialization.

Another characteristic common to many companies in the “Top 100” is the fact that they use the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling Software) CyberPlan. This is also interesting because these are companies operating in sectors that have different products and characteristics, including: Firex (catering equipment), Unifarco (cosmetics), Fanton (cables), Nidec-Asi (electrical engineering), Lima Corporate (orthopaedic), Ilcam (furniture), .

In addition to this, it is interesting to note that the share of manufacturing companies, in the top 20 of the top 100 ranking, that use CyberPlan production planning and scheduling software and Cybertec solutions is as high as 60%, including Breton, Friul Intagli, I.R.C.A. (Zoppas Industries) and Stevanato.
